Elements of a Well Rounded Routine

Fitness training balances 5 elements of good health. Make sure your routine includes aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, balance training, flexibility and stretching.

Improve Your Running Fitness

As a runner myself, I am passionate about running fitness.

Running fitness is simply your body’s ability to sustain physical effort over long periods of time and at a higher speed. It can be improved through a range of exercises that change how your body works and makes it more efficient.

  • Balance – Improve your running efficiency
  • Muscle strength - Reduce your injury risk, improve running performance
  • Joint range of movement
  • Cardiovascular Fitness
  • Endurance

Having completed marathons, I know how to design a programme that starts with where you are at now and takes it from there. You should expect to see a difference  even if you are making the step from couch-potato to marathon runner.

How to improve fitness for running

If you’re looking to improve running fitness, having a solid plan in place is a great start. By implementing running fitness exercises and lifestyle changes you will soon notice how much your running fitness improves, with some extra help, motivation and feedback to make it fun and keep you on track along the way.

Golf Fitness

When attempting to improve their game, golfers spend end less time & money on clubs and lessons without first improving the most efficient tool available to them: their own bodies.

What is golf fitness

  • Mobillity for optimal swing angles
  • Stability for a consistent swing
  • Balance & body awareness for a solid base
  • Strength for fatigue
  • Explosive power for long drives

A solid foundation of mobility & stability is the essential building block for developing a body that is truly fit for the golf swing.

Every Player has a unique range of motion in their joints, level of strength and balance inconsistencies. Maximise these and a player can achieve far better performance.

I have worked with many golfers using a series of corrective exercise & techniques. Some clients come with a strain or pain. Others want to hit the ball further and more accurately. Whatever their motive they see a big difference.

It really is about getting the body into balance. Without that golfers struggle with distance and accuracy and, most critically, incur injuries.

Clients Say

“Christian, sticking to the mixed stretching, core, and upper body mobility routines was tough, but it’s paying dividends … I feel fitter, stronger and more flexible. Just as well as I scored 64 (7 under) despite a three putt and, for only the second time in my life, hit all 18 greens in regulation. This is also the lowest score to par that I have ever recorded with a card on the go.”
